Location: Great. I had a doctors appt this morning & the location was perfect to grab a quick bite after
Staff: Friendly but disorganized
Price: Reasonable. About what I expected & comparable to any other place that is inbetween fast food & a typical resturant where you have a waiter/waitress. Our bill was $34.66
Our order: Large Chai Tea, Large Carmel Iced Macchiato, Turkey Sausage Sandwich with French Toast Bagel, Farmhouse Sandwich with French Toast Bagel. We made these both a meal which came with a hash brown & OJ or a coffee. I wish there was just an upcharge button since we both got 'fancier coffee' drinks. But there wasn't, so we both got an OJ.
Atmosphere: HECTIC. I am a coffee shop girl. I love a good coffee shop, with a chill atmosphere to enjoy, do some work, etc. This is NOT it. It was pretty busy, the employees were pretty flustered. If your also a 'vibe' person, the vibes were off in this space.
Quality / Time: Not very good. I've ate at Einstein Bro's in another state, & it tasted much better than this one. I think this is where I should also add that we did not get the right order. So that impacts the quality. I asked for a HOT Chai tea. They gave me a cold one. So I had to ask & wait for the correct one. I watched a handful of other people get the wrong food orders as well. Once we got our drinks, it took a while to get our food. When we got our food, my sandwich was right, but my husband did not get it how he asked. He did not want to go ask for them to remake it, because of how long the first order took to get. Also our OJ was room temp. I realized this is because the staff will fill multiple OJ cups, leave them out on a tray, then fill the self serve cooler as needed. But they don't do first in first out. So they just line the front row with room temp OJs. I got a cup of ice & added it to my juice so it was fine, but not ideal. & possibly not following proper food health codes?
Options: They have just about every kind go bagel you could want. Lots of coffee / tea options. Plenty of options for the whole family.
Overall, it was not the best experience. Getting the wrong items twice, the wait time, hectic environment, was just not ideal. I do not see us going back.
